When I first stepped into leadership in the tech world, I quickly realised it wasn’t just about writing better code, closing bigger deals or hitting ambitious business targets. It was about navigating the biggest risk - and the biggest opportunity - any business faces: the human factor.
For more than a decade, I led international tech teams in high-pressure, high-ambiguity environments, living and working in Malaysia, London, and Spain along the way. At one point, I was responsible for a team of 60 engineers building award-winning enterprise AI products, including logistics optimisation for Tesco, one of the world’s biggest retailers. I know exactly what it feels like to be juggling tight deadlines, complex stakeholders, and the pressure to deliver - while also trying to inspire and manage a team effectively. It wasn’t until I learned how to combine systems, mindset shifts, and genuine leadership influence that things changed. I stopped firefighting and started leading with clarity, structure, and a team that took ownership of results.
That’s why my approach is direct, practical, and no-BS, designed to get results fast, without the outdated, overly theoretical methods most leadership programs still use. Today, I help tech companies and new managers do the same. In the past 5 years, I’ve trained and consulted over 2,000 managers and high performers in both local and global companies.
